The Tricentennial Celebration of Ursuline Academy of New Orleans is a reflection on our remarkable 300-year history and a strategic marketing initiative designed to strengthen our reputation and foster engagement. By showcasing the Academy’s contributions to New Orleans, the Church, the nation, and the world through the lasting legacy of our Ursuline sisters and students in the spirit of Serviam, we are honoring the Academy as a vital and enduring institution. Each tricentennial event and story is an opportunity to highlight the values, achievements, and unique identity of the Academy. As the oldest continuously operating Catholic school and the oldest girls' school in the nation, this milestone anniversary affirms the Academy’s standing as a leader in Catholic education.
