Our admissions process is slightly different depending on grade level. In all cases, an online application is required. Please note: you don't need to complete the application in one sitting: after setting up your account, you will be able to save and return to your work.

Application Process by Grade Level
Lily House (Nursery School)
Early Childhood (Pre-K)
Ursuline's Early Childhood program serves girls and boys ages 2-4. To apply, complete the online application, and submit the appropriate application fee. Age-appropriate screenings are required for each applicant.
Lower School (Kindergarten–Grade 4)
- Complete the online application.
- Submit the appropriate application fee
- Provide the past three years of academic records
- Provide standardized test scores (current grade level).
- Complete a grade-level assessment (provided by Ursuline Academy).
Admissions decisions for Lower School applicants who meet the early application deadline (December 9) will be sent by January 31.
Middle School (Grades 5–7)
Middle school at Ursuline serves girls in Grades 5 through 7. Our online application process and email communications from the school will provide guidance. The complete list of steps for application include:
- Complete the online application,
- Submit the appropriate application fee
- Provide the past three years of academic records
- Provide standardized test scores (current grade level).
- Complete a grade-level assessment (provided by Ursuline Academy).
Admissions decisions for Middle School applicants who meet the early application deadline (December 9) will be sent by January 31.
High School (Grades 8–12)
- Complete the Ursuline Academy online application.
- ONLY for applicants to eighth grade who attend a school within the Archdiocese of New Orleans, email a completed Archdiocese High School Application ("White Card") to admissions@uanola.org before November 15.
- Email a completed Transcript Release Request to admissions@uanola.org.
- Schedule and complete MAP Testing.
- Schedule and complete an on-campus interview.
- Provide the last three years of academic records.
- Provide standardized test scores (current grade level).
Letters of acceptance for first round High School applicants will be mailed February 27.
