Frequently Asked Questions

List of 7 frequently asked questions.

  • What is the admissions process?

To apply to Ursuline Academy, complete an online application, submit the appropriate application fee, and provide the past 3 years of academic records and standardized test scores (as applicable). A grade-level assessment will be required for each applicant.
  • When should I apply?

Applications for all grade levels are open beginning in the fall for the following school year.
  • How can I arrange a tour of the school?

There's nothing quite like walking our beautiful campus, exploring buildings, and seeing our girls in action.

But this year is crazy. And the health and safety of our visitors, students, faculty, and staff will remain our top priority. We are currently restricting visitors to campus, but have some availability for small private tours and other events that get your family a piece of the Ursuline experience in the safest way possible.

View our event calendar to see what's coming up, book one of our private tours, explore Ursuline virtually, or contact us for a digital package if you'd rather explore from the comfort of home. Applications are also open for the 2021-2022 school year if you'd like to apply now.

  • How can I arrange for my daughter to spend the day at your school?

We want you to join us for classes and to enjoy a delicious lunch under the palm trees in our Courtyard. But we want you healthy and safe first. So the next best thing is to follow a real Ursuline girl through a piece of her real day on campus...virtually, but with a twist.

    Register for a spend-a-day now!
  • When is Open House?

High School Open House was hosted in-person on both November 11 and December 5. Early Childhood Tour Day was December 5.
  • How are students notified of whether or not they are accepted?

All admissions decisions are made by the Ursuline Academy Admissions Committee. The committee’s decisions will be communicated either electronically or in writing by the Admissions Office.

Letters of acceptance for first round High School applicants will be mailed February 26, 2021.

Letters of acceptance for Early Childhood and Elementary applicants who meet the early application deadline (December 9) will be sent by January 31, 2021.
