We recognize that the cost of an Ursuline education represents a significant investment in your child's future. To better serve our families, Ursuline offers robust financial assistance in the form of need-based aid and merit scholarships.
2024-2025 Tuition and Fees
Tuition Dates & Payment Plans
School and student fees are due before the start of the school year. Two payment options are available:
- Pay in full by June 1, 2024 through Blackbaud Tuition Management.
- Automatic debit of 11 monthly payments through Blackbaud Tuition Management (June-April). A $45 convenience fee applies to this payment option.
Need-Based Financial Assistance
Ursuline Academy’s financial assistance program is designed to bridge the gap for families with demonstrated financial need and is available to students in grades K-12. Whether a family qualifies for assistance is determined by their individual circumstances and the overall demand, which varies year to year.
Financial Assistance is requires its own application, which must be completed and submitted no later than March 31. Applications are submitted through Blackbaud Financial Assistance Management. For new applicants, be sure to use a valid email address when establishing your account; this will be the primary form of communication about financial assistance. Returning applicants may connect using the same login each year.

Eligibility
Applicants for financial assistance must be accepted K- 12th grade students who have paid the registration fee for the upcoming school year.
Applicants must be in good standing with Ursuline Academy Business Office.
Students who receive need-based Financial Assistance ARE eligible to apply for Scholarships.
Merit-Based Scholarships
Through the generosity of benefactors, Ursuline is blessed to offer more than dozen scholarships each year. Ursuline scholarships are open to students in grades 5-12. Students may only receive one scholarship award per year.
Most Ursuline scholarships require an application. To apply, provide the following materials no later than March 31:
- A completed application. This application supports all available scholarships and only needs to be completed once per applicant
- Letter of recommendation from the applicant’s current administrator or teacher.
- A typed 500-word essay describing the applicant’s educational goals and commitment to community service.
The President’s Merit Scholarship, the Principal’s Merit Scholarship, and the Dean’s Merit Scholarship are determined by test scores and academic performance only and students are automatically considered. No application required for these three scholarships.
Ursuline does not offer athletic scholarships.
Eligibility
To be eligible for all scholarships, students must be accepted 5th-12th grade students who have paid the registration fee for the upcoming school year and must be in good standing with Ursuline Academy Business Office.
Students who receive scholarships may also apply for need-based Financial Assistance.
