FOREVER URSULINE
The bond our alumnae form as students stays with them throughout their lives. Ursuline girls of all ages identify with their class mascots and can sing a mascot cheer on the spot. Whenever you meet an Ursuline girl, it's always the same..."What were you?!"
Our alumnae network is active and engaged. Throughout the year, alumnae gather for several events including La Fête, Homecoming, Santa’s Workshop, Spring Fest (Spaghetti Supper), and Super Terrific Happy Hour.
Reunion classes also gather throughout the year and the Alumnae Association Board is happy to start hosting chapter events again as well!
HISTORY OF THE ASSOCIATION
More than one hundred alumnae gathered in St. Ursula Hall on April 24, 1900, to form an alumnae association committed to strengthening the bond between former students and their alma mater. This date formally marks the organization of the Ursuline Alumnae Association of New Orleans. In keeping with the association’s motto, Cor Unum, “One Heart,” alumnae will continue to play a vital role in providing the necessary resources to support the Academy for many years to come.
