Ursuline students participating in the ACE (Architecture, Construction, and Engineering) Mentor Program were treated to a tour of the M.S. Rau Antiques expansion job site by Palmisano representative and ACE Mentor Program mentor Adam Zander. The students were able to see the entire project, hear details about the year-long planning process, and see the tools and communication methods used to manage such a large undertaking. They also learned about the extensive measures taken to preserve the building’s historic characteristics while still meeting the client’s specific needs. With more than more than 9,000 students nationwide from 1,000 high schools participating annually in ACE, Ursuline is one of only two all-girls’ teams.
