This year, there is no option to purchase a full table for La Fête 299. Rather than being tied to one table all night, we want you to move throughout the courtyard and enjoy the gourmet food stations, the silent auction, and live entertainment! There are two ticket options available. The Blooming Garden Ticket at $299 includes a reserved seat at a prime location in the courtyard. The general admission ticket at $150 includes access to a general shared seating area for festive mingling.

This year, raffle tickets will be sold for $10 each on GalaBid for a chance to win any of the Class Creations our amazing students have put together! You do not need to be present to win.

You can purchase a Wine Pull Cork on GalaBid here, allowing you to participate in a high-stakes game of chance! Here’s how it works:

1. At the Wine Pull Station, show the attendant your receipt for your cork.
2. You take your cork to the wine wall and exchange it for a randomly numbered bottle of wine.
3. Every bottle is valued between $10 and $100

The auction is LIVE NOW on GalaBid! We encourage attendees to set up their auction account in advance to bid with ease. Start bidding on one-of-a-kind items, all while supporting the Serviam Annual Fund or individual athletics programs.

The menu for La Fête 299: Ursuline in Bloom is inspired by classics from the Ursuline Cookbook: Recipes and Reminiscences of New Orleans. Enjoy delicious options like New Orleans Style Shrimp and Grits, a Risotto Bar, Crab Hush Puppies with Avocado Aioli, Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, Stuffed Mini Peppers, Garlic-Herb Beef Tenderloin, a Crostini Station, and a Beignet Topping Bar.

Please enter campus through Coke Lobby and check in. There is no physical ticket needed to enter. Once guests are checked in, they can take a photo and make their way to Library Hall and Scene Lobby to bid on auction items, class creations via the raffle, and participate in the wine pull. From there, guests can make their way to the Courtyard for food, drinks, and fun for the night! Please note that the only entry point is Coke Lobby. 

We want everyone to enjoy themselves at La Fête 299 and encourage using rideshares such as Uber or Lyft. Rideshare drivers can pull into the State Street for guests to enter conveniently. General parking is available in the Nashville Street lot on campus and in the surrounding neighborhood. Sponsors and their guests are invited to park in the State Street parking lot using the designated parking pass.
