Ursuline Academy's ECLC Summer Camp, designed for boys and girls ages 3 - 5, offers a fun and engaging environment where little learners can explore and grow for Summer 2026. Throughout the week, campers will participate in hands-on activities such as art, science experiments, and cooking projects that spark curiosity and creativity. Wednesdays are always a splash with Water Day, and Fridays are filled with adventure during special in-house field trips!

Important Information

  • Camp runs from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. from June 1-July 24, 2026. There will be no camp on Friday, June 19.
  • Cost for this camp is $300 per week per child.
  • Weekly aftercare from 3:30-5:30 p.m. will be available. The weekly fee is $75 per week per child or $20 per day for drop-in aftercare. ECLC campers in aftercare should be picked up from the Studio door of the Early Childhood building between 3:45-5:30 p.m.
  • Campers may register for our summer dining plan, which includes daily lunch and two snacks for $40/week, or they may bring their own lunch and snacks from home.
  • T-shirts are available for purchase with registration, but are not required.
  • All Summer at Ursuline camp registration fees are non-refundable after May 1, 2026.

The 18th Ward’s Summer Camp at Ursuline Academy exposes young girls to a variety of fun activities, promotes exercise, healthy habits, and body confidence. We will offer pathways that accommodate beginner athletes as well as more experienced athletes. Both pathways are focused on fun, learning, and building a positive identity. Here are the primary activities we will provide:

  • Athletics: Basketball, Dance, Flag Football, Fitness, Futsal (Indoor Soccer), Gymnastics, Street Hockey, Softball
  • Health and Wellness: Body Confidence, Fitness, Mindfulness, and Nutrition
  • Extracurriculars: Art, Leadership, Math Games, and Theater

Important Information

  • Weekly aftercare from 3:30-5:30 p.m. will be available. The weekly fee is $75 per week per child or $20 per day for drop-in aftercare
  • Aftercare is held in Lion's Den, and for the safety of our campers, dismissal from aftercare is not available until after carpool ends at 3:30 p.m. and all students have been checked in. Pick up from aftercare will be through the Ramp Door. You may enter campus through the Nashville Avenue gate and park in any available spot. Then, parents should use the Ring doorbell to alert aftercare staff, and they will send your child to push out the Ramp Door to you. All other entrances will be locked by 4 p.m. For safety reasons, no one will be allowed to enter the building. 

  • All campers will receive an athletic shirt and jersey for this camp. 
  • The 18th Ward’s Summer Camp at Ursuline Academy registration fees are non-refundable after May 1, 2026.

Soccer Advanced Performance Camp at Ursuline Academy with Coerver Coaching for girls and boys ages 6-14 years takes place from July 27-31, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This camp will be staffed entirely by current and former College Soccer Players. The Coerver® Advanced Performance Soccer Camp couples more complicated moves with the Coerver® Skills Bridge to allow young players to be in the right environment to be able execute new techniques under game-like scenarios. Throughout the program, players will be challenged to develop bilateral skills because Coerver® Kids do not have a weak foot. In addition, each camp day will include indoor Futsal instruction by trained Futsal staff coaches. Each Camp Day will end by putting players into competitive games with an emphasis on 1v1 or 2v2 play.

  • Soccer Advanced Performance Camp runs from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. from Monday, July 27, through Friday, July 31, 2026
  • Cost for the Soccer Camp is $400 per week per child before March 8, 2026. Price increases to $499 per week per child after March 8, 2026. 
  • This camp will utilize outdoor grass facilities as well as air-conditioned indoor facilities to provide a variety of instruction environments and to avoid concerns about the weather. 

  • Soccer Advanced Performance Camp registration fees are non-refundable after May 1, 2026.

Registration for the Ursuline Academy’s Summer Session focusing on Art, Music, and Theatre is closed. 


 

Ursuline piano teacher Mrs. Helen Honoree Myers '84 will provide private piano classes during the summer months. Lessons are available to any incoming UA student or camp participant going into grades K-12th. Lessons are 30-minutes long and will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during the following times before and after camp: 7:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.

Lessons are $30.00/per lesson, offered in groups of 4 private sessions for a total of $120.00/session.
